Mango Salsa

Mango 200 grams
Sugar 2 tbsp
A dash of lemon juice
Red onion 1/2 bulb
Tomato 1 piece
Small red chillies 2 pieces
Fresh coriander 3 stks
A pinch of salt

Blend 100 grams of mango with sugar in a blender.
Deseed tomato, cut onion and tomato into small dices. Chop chillies and fresh coriander.
Mix everything in a large bowl, season with salt and a dash of lemon juice.
Use as a side dish, also serve very well with sliced avocado.

Note:You can use mango pulp in can but I prefer to make my own.
