Baby Kai Lan With Garlic Sauce

Baby kailan 300 grams
Garlics 3 cloves
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Vegan oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
A pinch of pepper

Chop off ends of baby kailan stems. Chop garlics finely. Mix vegan oyster sauce, sugar and a pinch of pepper together.
Boil water in a pot, add a dash of oil and a pinch of salt in. Blanch kailan for just about 2 minutes. Strain and arrange in a plate.
Heat pan with cooking oil and fry garlic until light brown, add in sesame oil.
Pour vegan oyster sauce over vegetable and boiling garlic oil over it. Serve hot.
