CANARIAN MOJO VERDE

15 gram cilantro

15 gram parsley

4 cloves garlic

Juice from 1/2 lemon

1/2 tsp fling salt

A pinch of sugar

6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Peel garlic. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until very fine.

NOTE: Goes well with seafood and boiled sweet potatoes. You can add more extra virgin olive oil to make into a dressing. I improvised this recipe by not using green peppers and vinegar instead I used lemon instead.
