This stall is in Hai Beng coffeeshop, situated at the junction of Jones Road and Burma Road. About 80 % of their customers are Chinese and where most Chinese eat, you can be sure the food is really good. There are huge variety of dishes for Nasi Melayu Campur (economy rice).

Nasi Champur Melayu

An assortment of mouthwatering traditional Malay dishes: Tau Kua Sambal, Cincaru Sambal (stuffed mackeral), Nenas Pacri, Daging Sos Pekat, Daging curry, Stingray Assam curry, Chicken cooked in different sauces, Kerabus and etc…. It is very inexpensive to eat here, a plate of rice with 3 to 4 condiments cost only RM5.00 – RM7.00.

Nasi Melayu
This is one of my favourite Nasi Melayu when I was in Penang,I would highly recommened to eat during lunch when the food are freshly cook. Don’t forget to ask for a dollop of Sambal Belachan to go with your food.
